Owing to its difficult cultivation, the complicated processing, and in particular to the increasing demand, macadamia now is one of the most exclusive and expensive nuts. After last year’s crop failures and a further painful shortage of raw material, we are proud to bring our macadamia oil back to whole food stores this season!
Our BIO PLANÈTE Toasted Macadamia Oil lends a very fine, elegant note to lettuce, soups, sauces, but is also excellent with desserts. Above that, macadamia oil is perfectly suited for baking and frying, and thus constitutes a fine alternative to conventional, solid frying fat.
